Lots of good CAP today on the usual freqs. with the good weather there seems to be a lot of planes intruding the no fly zone. sounds like they just chased one to Caldwel airport.

Sometimes it’s quiet but you should hear huntress and random check ins. I live like 10 miles east of the course and i get a decent amount of traffic on the CAP frequencies

i am in basking ridge, getting the F16's , the tanker all loud and clear, on CAP, on 260.9 and 247.05. on my 436 and 536. cant hear Huntress base., but hear them calling Huntress

Last time Obama was in town I got hits on fed frequencies but they all had a weird beeping covering them up.I was searching 164-174MHZ in FM .Most frequencies are FM with a weird NAC.As I read this 260.9 is active!AM is the mode.

136.375 F16s (very active)talking about triboro handoff and convoy - frequency good for airshows in NJ too!
134.100 AM is Military McQuire AFB Command Post VHF (active)
260.900 AM (very active) set on priority

What scanner are you using and antenna? When I get a hit all I hear is noise using my 536 with the stock antenna.
