Hi all
The ability of SDRUno to have multiple VRX's would be brilliant for trunk tracking if Unitrunker supported the SDRUno CAT control protocol (Kenwood TS2000) but sadly it doesn't. On some downtime I knocked together a quick program to sit between the two programs to translate AOR-ONE commands to ones SDRUno can understand. This is still pretty much a proof of concept alpha so all i'm looking for if you try it out are suggestions and bug reports.

Virtual COM port software (com0com, VSP Manager)
Virtual audio cable software
1 - Create 2 virtual com ports with either com0com or VSP Manager. I like to use paired ports like 2 and 12, 3 and 13 to keep it easy.
2 - Create a virtual audio cable.
3 - Create a 2nd VRX in SDRuno and set the cat control to one of the virtual com ports and enable.
4 - In Unitrunker create a discriminator and attach it to the virtual audio cable for input and start.
5 - In Unitrunker create a control and set the model to AR-ONE. Set the com port to the one which isn't connected to the 2nd vrx and enter an unused frequency close to the control channel you want to use for the park frequency.
6 - Enable your 2nd vrx and set your main vrx to output on the virtual audio cable.
7 - Click start and tune the main vrx to a control frequency.
8 - In Trunker translator select the correct ports to each program and set the correct baudrate.
9 - Click connect and click play on each of the items in Unitrunker.
Unitrunker: COM2 --- COM12 Trunker Translator Unitrunker Com Port
SDRUno VRX2: COM3 --- COM13 Trunker Translator SDRUno Com Port
If all your frequencies are entered in the correct channels in Unitrunker, you should see vrx2 start tuning to them automagically.
For interested individuals, right clicking on the Trunkertranslator background will bring up a debug option to see "behind the scenes" translation.
