Now that Goliad products LLC has bought whistler , I need to get my TRX-1 repaired , but I can't find a website for them ? So I'm suspicious, do they really exist ? If so do they do repairs ? I can't seem to find the information I need , does anyone have any good information for where to get my unit repaired ?

Just out of curiosity, if they don't do repairs, how are warranty claims handled on new radios?

That would make sense - just send a replacement. That often happens anyway, when a unit under warranty is not economical to repair.It's quite possible they don't do repairs ? Or perhaps they aren't serious about the come back. Anyway there really isn't any use in buying or keeping a whistler scanner.

what exactly is wrong with it? I purchased a TRX-1 several years ago for cheap here in the classifieds that would not work with batteries and was able to fix it myself.
I filed a report with the better business bureau !
