Can I add my adjacent counties into seperate scanlist by just doing the initial entry by zip code?

Also, will that effect my objects programmed in my current default scanlist 001

No, zip code/locational programming assigns channels/talkgroups to scanlists based on the type tags (Fire-Dispatch, Law-Tac, etc.). Adding additional zip codes add to the same scanlists.

Also, will that effect my objects programmed in my current default scanlist 001

No, zip code/locational uses scanlists 150 and higher
