Yes! If your radio uses a Color Code, it is DMR. Set Channel Type to DMR Digital and Color Code and Time Slot to Any. Is your radio on a repeater? If you are in close proximity to the scanner when you key it up, you are probably blanking the repeater output frequency on your TRX-1. If your radio is in the UHF band, try setting the TRX-1 to the repeater input frequency which is 5 MHz higher. It will then be receiving directly from the radio. Try transmitting from the next room to eliminate any chance of damaging the scanner.

Talkaround (simplex) usually has the radio transmit on the repeater output frequency. That verifies what I suspected. You are blanking the scanner receiver when you transmit nearby on the repeater input frequency. Can the scanner receive the repeater output directly without you transmitting? How far are you from the repeater?

You didn't answer the question. Try opening the squelch on the scanner.
We are 30 miles away
Depending on the power your system is using and location, the system may be out of range on the scanner. Can you receive the repeater on your 2-way at the scanner's location? The CM200D is a mobile with 25 or 40 watts of power. If you had your scanner sitting close to the transmitting antenna, you may have blown the RF amp in the scanner. The scanner would still be able to receive a nearby strong signal. but nothing distant. Is the scanner still able to receive other transmissions?
