TRX-2: TRX 2 Eorror message

After I download the EZ Scan software I get this message 00930237 in module address 0000000008

I did run it in administrator then it work then i run in the other login i get that message. thanks

There are a few other suggestions you can try in this thread, may or may not work for you

What version of windows? It may not be related but some of the windows home versions suck with letting certain software install.

Because Microsoft thinks some of the processes that the software uses is unsafe is the short answer.

So far i did a clean install on ez scan program. Going on admin profile same message. This link dose not work this thread. Maybe if ez scan had a new version of the program maybe it will work. thanks

TRX-1 EZ-Scan software issue

Tried installing the current version of EZ-Scan on two separate computers and both are giving the same result. When I try to launch the software, they both pop up with "Access violation at address XXXXXXXX in module "TRX-1.exe"" Anyone have a slightly older version of the software installer...
