Tulare frequency change

Does anyone know what tulare is doing. I don't here anymore dispatches? Did they change their main channel. Are they updating their sytem?

Are you talking about Tulare County or Tulare City?

Check the DB, I know city changed to White 2, possibly on a temporary basis.
