I know this has been addressed and probably answered allready:

When the Nextel 800mhz rebanding rears its ugly head in OK, are the frequencies used for Tulsa Site on the State TRS going to be changed?

A TPD officer got my hopes ups that Tulsa is going to escape the monster; He told me Tulsa is not going to be affected.....

thanks!

It appears that the Tulsa site only has channels from the old reserved 70 channel public safety pool, so it should not be effected by rebanding. So keep your fingers crossed that someone doesn't have a brainstorm and renumber the all the 800 frequencies.

Every site on the State of Oklahoma's system falls into that pool, except for the transmitter in Oklahoma City.

As the Wiki sums it up:
Until a system is rebanded, anything you read that says "This is absolutely how it will be" is speculation.

The frequencies just licensed for the forth-coming Stillwater site will also have to be rebanded. They are in the 866-868 MHz range.
