Sorry about that, hopefully I have made the right changes. Tried to PM you and get a page that states I do not have the right privileges.

SARS,

I sent you an 'email' using the Send Email link from the forums. Not sure if you got it. Let me know. This will probably be in your actual email box and not in the forums.

Hey All,

It has been confirmed. We will be offering a feature that allows registered users to rent a dedicated number for each department added to the system, and any person who calls that dedicated number, will be able to hear the last audio file (call/tone) that was processed within their account.

This feature is especially useful, for when a member may have missed a call, or a call dropped. That member can call the dedicated number that they have saved within their phone back, and hear the audio.

Pretty excited to offer this feature within the dashboard, as I know it will become extremely useful for members! There's more to come. I will be posting an update with more screen shots and video of the dashboard by early next week.

Any questions, please ask, and feature requests are always welcome!

Thanks so much.

Best,
Mike

Beta Tester Requests

Because of the overwhelming responses that I have gotten from people, wanting to be a beta tester, I have gone ahead and setup an email and support ticket system just for this alone.

Anyone who has expressed interest, or still wishes to be a beta tester, can you please send an email to beta@firettd.com

This will allow me to keep track of everyone easier, and I can then send out group notifications for control panel enhancements and such.

And anyone else who may be reading this thread. I promise what you will see soon will leave you in complete awe of what this system can do for you, your members, and departments. More to come.

Til then...

Dedicated Number Rentals

We now have added the ability for a department to rent dedicated numbers for their members. This feature will allow any member of that department, to be able to call that dedicated number at any time, and hear the last audio file that was produced within the registered member's account.

This feature is great if a member has a "dropped call" or a "missed call", or if a member did not hear all the information about the call. That member can immediately hear the audio file again.

Also, when renting a dedicated number for your station, any calls or sms messages that received, are now sent from that dedicated number. Which means a member can store that number in their cell phone, and have it display their desired name such as "Station A Emergency".

Here's a couple of screen shots to show how the number rentals will work.

Also - stay tuned for a "BIG" announcement that should be forth coming within the couple of days. You won't want to miss this.

Til then...

Mike

Licensing

I am proud to announce, that we have finalized our negotiations with Andy Knitt for the licensing of Two Tone Detect. We are very excited about this opportunity and have an interesting approach on how we can help TTD.

Soon, we will be releasing our control panel to our beta testers. From there, it will be publicly accessible to any department that chooses to use it. I can promise you that TTDCommand is going to be easy to use, fast, and reliable to our users. Our platform will provide the ability not only to extend the present paging system for fire departments, but also allow for registered members to be able to send notifications of meetings, events, reminders, etc.

I suspect that beta testing will begin later this week for those who are interested. I've had quite a few people inquire already and are ready to go for beta testing. But, you can still become one yourself. There are many added perks for becoming a beta tester of TTDCommand.

FireTTD will cover all of your costs for helping beta test our system during the beta testing phase. Plus, we are offering beta testers a discounted rate should they continue to use the service after their beta testing period has been completed. That value alone is a $100 savings.

I will be continuing to Alpha Test the system over the next few days. If you are interested in becoming a beta tester, please send me an email, or a private message.

There's more to come.

Best,
Mike

I signed up but didn't choose to pay the registration fee, im.hoping you could incorporate POCSAG and when a certain capcode is seen that your software can Dispatch off the capcode, this would be the CADILLAC of paging if you could do it

Pre-Launch Special - Get a FREE dedicated number for 3 months

We wanted to inform the members of this forum that we are launching our new TTDCommand Center very soon. (Sooner than some may think!)

And we wanted to offer a special to the members who are watching this thread. We have decided to offer yet another freebie to our Beta Testers.

If you pre-pay for your Beta Tester signup, between now and the time we launch, will provide you with a "FREE" dedicated number of your choice, from our pool, for 3 Months!

To become a Beta Tester, you can visit our FireTTD - Beta Tester page to sign up. Remember, you must pre-pay for your account in order to receive this promotion. And as soon as we launch, this offer will no longer stand.

Any members that have already pre-paid for their Beta Tester account (which quite a few have - and we thank you!) will also receive one dedicated number from the pool, when we launch.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here, or you may email me at beta@firettd.com.

Best,
Mike

Important Announcement

FireTTD is proud to announce that we will be releasing the feature of FireTTD POCSAG Emails to our TTDCommand Center users. This feature will allow you to rent your POCSAG email from FireTTD for just $3 a month.

When you rent your FireTTD POCSAG Email, you will simply need to add the email address that is created for you, to your PDW software as a recipient for emails. Once that is done, TTDCommand will then scan your email account for new emails sent from PDW. When a new email has been found, TTDCommand will the send out the SMS notifications to the members that have been configured to receive POCSAG notifications in TTDCommand.

This is an exciting feature we are pleased to offer departments, because we understand the importance this has, and how it is an added benefit to those of you who wish to use TTDCommand but are on the POCSAG systems.

Also, we are pleased to announce that all the major programming for TTDCommand has been completed. The system has been tested vigorously to help assure the accuracy of what is being produced. So with that being said, there is some code cleanup that needs to take place as well as adding a couple of small features to the system. We are expecting this to be completed within the next couple of days.

Once again - if you have not registered to become a Beta Tester, and are interested in doing so, you may visit: Beta Testing Signup - FireTTD.com to complete your registration. As a reminder, any pre-paid Beta Testers will receive a dedicated number for their department for 3 months - free.

I truly appreciate all of your interest in FireTTD and TTDCommand, and more importantly your patience, in regards to allowing us to get this system developed and launched. I can assure you, the control and flexibility you will have with this system and what it can do, is well worth the wait.

More updates coming very soon.

Best,
Mike

Sounds like a really cool system. I have been running TTD for about a year and a half now, if more beta testers are needed.

Hello All,

I'd like to first apologize for the delay that has happened with FireTTD. There have been some recent events in the past 3 months, including a move, and a tragic event that has delayed me for being on schedule with this system. I needed to take some time to get my head cleared after what has happened.

But I will say this, after the course of events that have taken place, it has inspired me to press on and launch FireTTD that much more. The short version of it, is about the irony of life. If something like FireTTD had been in place sooner, a life could have been potentially saved, by responders showing up to a scene quicker than they did.

The event hit relatively close to home (literally), but the traumatic after effects left me dazed for weeks to come. But I now see the important need for this system, and I feel as tho the chain of events have happened for a reason.

Needless to say, I would be interested in reconnecting with the beta testers, and anyone else who may be interested in helping me get this system launched for you guys. If anyone is interested, please let me know. And if you're intrigued to the events that took place that left me out of the loop for a few months, please feel free to inbox me, I will explain.

Hope that I will hear from you guys and we can get this thing rolling and launched.

Best
Mike
