UBCD3600XLT Display Modes

Changing display modes on the above radio, from the manual:

"Hold on any channel and press Func then 9(DISP). Press Channel to resume"

On mine, nothing changes.

Am I missing something here?

On both conventional and trunked system it should say "Unit ID Display" and then On or Off. The inverted F at top left has to be displayed when pushing the 9 button. You can do the exact same from the scanners menu, Display Options/Disp. Unit ID
