This would be the FIRST error I have gotten using the software.
With everything connected to the CPU, I wanted to "import" the audio files from the scanner to the software via the audio tab.
While the software was in the process of doing this, a error occured and this was thrown at me:
Access violation at address 004CF20C in module 'EZScanDG.exe'. Read of address 0000028C.
The only option the Error Box gave me was to click "OK". I did so expecting to see at least "SOME" of my audio files in the list but alas, NOTHING. I have obtained the audio files before with ease and am wondering if this had to do with the recent update or to many audio files on my card (not likely that would cause a issue) or something else.
Have we encountered this error before? Wanted a little feedback before cruising on over to GRE to file a ticket.......
