Uniden 396xt talkgroups

Hi i have my 396xt scanner programmed to st louis mo SLATER trunking freq (800mhz) and talkgroups with the freescan software. It only works on hold when i want it to receive calls and stuff. Dispatch is on one talkgroup and responding is on another. Cant get it to scan those 2. T/g. 54755 and 54756. Any ideas on how i can scan those 2 only? Theyre also digital

If you attach your FreeSCAN programming file for the SLATER system, I will check it for problems. You will need to right click on the file and Send to Compressed (zipped) folder to be able to attach it. Click on Attach files and Open the zipped folder. Here is a PDF file with instructions on how to use quick keys:

None are locked out. The 800mhz freqs are though? Do those have to be scanned to find the 54755? Is one of the 800 freqs connected to that talkgroups?

You need the control channel and alternate frequencies to be able to scan. They cannot be locked out.
