If your just using an ant on the the scanner itself... Try moving it to the area were the other scanner is and see what it does...

Ok, through all the outstanding advice. The scanner is still NOT responding to the adjusts. Somehow, somewhere in the course of 24 hours, this radio basically is rendered useless. Its still under warranty so I guess that would be the next option.
Still we can't understand why in the heck it will pick up on the call and drop it after 2 seconds. Unreal.

Can you re-locate the SDS200 to where the Whistler is to see if it receives better in that location? Could be some very local interference or signal blocking going on.
Check the delay time, if it's set to a negative it will resume even if the transmission is not complete.

You posted 4 zip attachments here. Are you having trouble with all 4 FLs or just the Boyd County 911 one?

It looks like EVERYTHING! The radio is quiet...Kentucky State Police are VERY active right now with a hostage situation and the transmissions are constant on our Whistler scanner...but nothing on the SDS200
I had a look at your programming and might have missed this, but do you have each Favorite List set to Download ON..Monitor ON?
Under Menu..Set Scan Selection...Select Lists to Monitor..Full Database OFF...scroll down to your Favorite Lists and make sure each one is ON.

Ok...I had the "MONITOR FULL DATABASE" on or checked...I unchecked it thus setting it off. Wrote it to the radio...so let's see how that works.
I tell ya, I am really perplexed on this. I have been working with scanners for years and this threw me.

Yes that is it. Is their a reason why Quick Keys aren't assigned to the Favorite lists? Or...are they not on? 1 Enter..2 Enter...etc.?

Sure...are you programming from Sentinel to the scanner, or the scanner to Sentinel?
The programming structure is different than Whistlers, so I'm sure that's the confusion. Let me try something to send to you here. Give me a little bit of time to rework this if that's ok?
I am exclusive on Sentinel to the scanner.

Here you go. I have it set to Favorite List 0. Once you've downloaded it, Go to Profile and set it to Download ON...Monitor ON. Write to Scanner. It should be on once the scanner reboots, but if not 0 Enter will turn it on or off.
Suggestion only: once the Write to Scanner box pops up, you might want to check the Clear all Favorites List box to basically wipe the scanner clean if nothing else has worked so far.
You can Edit the name, Favorite List number later if everything is working.

Ok I have the file in my download file on my computer...how to I bring it over to Sentinal?

No problem. It has to be converted to an hpe file, then..File...Import hpe File...File..Save. Then make sure it's set to Monitor and Download ON under the Edit Profile tab in Sentinel. Then Write to Scanner.
Follow the "Using Sentinel to Import hpe files" instructions in the link I provided in post #15. Here it is again for convenience
