If you are receiving KSP's frequencies, then your scanner does digital "stuff" okay.

My suspicions are learning toward Tompkinsville migrating to digital and adding encryption.

153.920

Anyone have any ideas on 153.920 pl 218.1? It has been showing up in my logs for a week or so. I have heard voice traffic on it but haven't heard it enough to ID a user. KSP is licensed for this as well as LFUCG (as an old repeater input) but it is not either of these agencies. I am hearing this in the central part of the state. Marion, Washington, Nelson county areas.

I'm surprised that if this is licensed to KSP, a statewide entity, the frequency coordinators would recommend any other agency being licensed for it.

Any chance this could be intermod or some type of image frequency you are getting?

Not intermod and not an image. I checked on two different radio's with different IF's
