Unidentified Freqs

This system IDs itself in CW as knny299.

And per ULS, this identifies as a site owned by Radio Dispatch Network LLC (which is based in Louisville). It seems to be part of a fairly wide area SMR network (there are at least two other licenses for the same company under calls KNNY269 and WPST324; map for KNNY299 here).

No individual frequency lists, alas; these would appear to be licenses for entire SMR blocks.

The new system is in the DB as RCS Communications with the base in Lexington, but windigofer's map has this as a fairly large system.... submissions welcome.... I just plugged 939.36250 into the Tune function on the PSR 500 and started searching....

I wonder if that is part of the unidentified system in the database, and there are several 900.000 LTR frequencies that appear unlicensed in the Louisville area.

My porblem in this area I'll have three home repeaters on the same frequency.

939.3625 is also being used conventionally with a pl of 123.0 with FleetSync id's

Just for kicks overnight I plugged the freq listed in the data base for American Cab (939.36250) into the PSR 500... Darn, it is an LTR system with at least three freqs so far.... have positively identified two talk groups, monitored at least five others.... but the rub is I can't locate the license in the FCC data.
Don't know whether to leave the system staged or put it online so everyone in the area can have a crack at it....

Sounds like someone has a repeater on line in the area... I have been receiving conversations as far north as Frankfort...

No...that's what is so frustrating.... it was like they were using "A", it was a Dispatcher and Trooper, but no city, no "switching back", no-nothin' to give it away.... wonder if there is a new dimension to the KSP system that needs exploration--sorry, did I ask that question?

While looking around in the data base the Paducah Public Safety TRS fired a shot over my bow... The License (WPMA442) for this TRS has ten freqs listed
(856.73750/857.26250/857.73750/858.26250/ 858.73750/859.26250/ 859.73750/860.26250/860.73750/856.26250) but the data base has 16, five are licensed under WQEL762, also Paducah (867.67500/867.71250/ 868.20000/868.71250/868.95000), one is licensed to the McCracken County Public Safety System (858.23750) and one appears to be MDC for the State (856.23750)..... My questions: is this a combined system (freqs from more than one TRS)? If not, are the freqs from WQEL762 part of a separate TRS that needs to be mapped and put in the data base? What are the other Control Channels for the system (if combined)?
