Unidentified Talkgroups

Where does Radio Reference get their lists of P25 talkgroups? And who updates them? I'm listening to Owensboros P25 system with Win500 as a monitor and when I leave it on Wildcard, it has picked up 9 talkgroups not listed in the Radio Reference database. The local Daviess County Sheriffs will soon be switching to the same P25 system and that is who I was looking for when I found the new ones.

Almost all information comes from user submissions. If you have information that you know is accurate, please look for the "submit" tab near the top right of that database page. After you submit the information, an admin will review it and add it to the database.
