Union County question

I just moved to Union County from Pineville and programmed my Uniden SDS100 with the Union simulcast and all the departments in Union. I’m only receiving Fire/EMS dispatches and units. I saw Mint Hill and Matthew’s units are secure. Just curious if anyone gets these dispatches or Union co sheriff?

Sheriff shows partial encryption (mode "De") in the database meaning some transmissions can be tracked & others not so. Have you turned on the Law Tac & Law Talk service types so you can scan the talkgroups marked as such? (reference "Tag" column) Law dispatch is enabled by default unless turned off by user but the other two I mentioned are not. Someone local will need to weigh in regarding if they can still be tracked or if they've moved to full time encryption (definitely a possibility with today's climate)

As soon as you can confirm this I'd suggest submitting a database update to get the modes updated to "DE" with a capital "E" to denote full encryption
