Unitrunker Debug Receiver Issue

I'm having issues starting the debug receiver. I have UT 1.0.32.7 installed and using two RTL dongles. The control is working fine, but when I try to start the debug (voice) the run stays in the stopped mode and status is closed. The SDR# version installed is v1.0.0.1361 with the trunker plugin v1.2013.430.1

You needs to supply some info. How are you feeding the control receiver? How are you feeding the voice?

This was not helpful as it was like Elon Musk level over my head. All I want to do is scan local police radio with a DTV Dongle...

WTH did I just read? Still haven't figured this out. Any help would be appreciated.
