OK I know the software is used to gather data from the trunk system, Such the MOSWIN and I know it will NOT decode anything from a Conventional frequencies and system.

My question can it see be used while scanning all my systems and frequencies in my county.

Forgive all the questions I am still a little less unsure in my knowledge of all the trunk decoding with the various software and the 396xt.

If the systems in your county fall under the categories listed.
Unless you run two scanners you cannot hear the traffic. The scanner will be used to decode the c-channel. It cannot decode more than one c-channel at a time. I think that is what you are asking???

No, I have program and was wondering will still decode the info from the trunk system I want to decode from.

Also will decode data for multiple site for the same trunk systems at the same time. I have three sites that in range for me.

It won't decode more than one cc at a time. You can only achieve this with multiple scanners. If you push scan while its decoding, unitrunker will jump from window to window, and your data will get polluted - channels from one site will make it into the window of another site. It also will not decode anything while you're stopped on a voice channel listening - even if you make a one-channel system and scan it.
