Was entering some college/university police freq. & can't seem to find anything for Chicago State University. Are they on S21 or somewhere else?

I wouldn't be surprised since Northern Illinois University, Rockford Community College are both on SC 21. There was an initiative to provide SC21 radios to every College/University Police for inter operability. At one time SIU and SIUE were on VHF hi band but U of I has been on the Chamaign County 800 P25 for many years. I feel sure Chicago State University have a few SC 21 portables but I don't know if their day to day ops are on SC 21. Usually the College/ University systems show up in the Data base where the facility is located.

Another common frequency is 453.9000. Many Universities across the state have the same conventional UHF frequency allocated to them with a differing PL or DPL tones.
