I live in Warren County recently I'm hearing traffic on a frequency I know it's not in Warren County,wondering if anyone knows who it is? Information below

According to the database TG 1420 is the IDOT Minutemen out of the Chicago metro area. Perhaps one of their vehicles was traveling thru the area and affiliated with the local tower.
