Ok, earlier I installed the new version of ezscan and it reported cpu firmware 4.6, just tried again and it would not connect or set clock,

I went into device manger and the driver was there, So I rescanned for hardware changes, driver was still there, but still won't connect, ended up selecting update driver, It said I already had the best driver, I then tried to update the clock again and it worked, So I had ezscan check for the update and all went well, my firmware is update to 4.7. I use WIndows 7 pro 64bit.

Just tried it after my software was updated and a reboot and the firmware update ran fine.

P25 simulcast improved on TRX-1?

Could just be a coincidence but my P25 voice decode for a local 800 Mhz Simulcast system is notably better post CPU s/w upgrade. Lots of other variables involved with simulcast of course and I wouldn't expect a CPU (vice DSP) update to improve decode but prior to tonight my TRX-1 was almost completely deaf to the local system. Post upgrade I have better, still partially garbled, but at least partially usable.

THANK YOU for the "minor" fix to the listing of false TGs in the section.
If a conventional freq followed a TG while recording it "carried" the TG to the Conv listing incorrectly. I do a lot of "post listening" and analysis and when sorting by TG's man MANY conv listings showed up incorrectly. I noted the problem, AND THEY FIXED IT!

Thanks for the update Wendy. Updated without a hitch on a Windows 10 64 bit laptop with latest Fall Creator Update.

Missing Australian band plan

Ooops!
It seems they have left the Australian Band Plan out again, there is no selection
for it in the General Configuration Settings or when installing and it asks what band plan
do you want.

I have an issue on my 1080. If I manually add a conventional frequency to my list, example: 453.500, it sets it to 453.500625. Although I can import the same frequency from the database and it saves correctly. My band plan is set to US, so not sure what's up.

Make sure you have flexible frequency entry enabled under general settings in ezscan.

I had the same problem : disable flexible frequency entry
under general settings in ezscan and try it again .

Sure wish I could sort channels and talk groups in scan lists into an order I set instead of a random order. Seems like a very basic fix that would make using the channel browser much easier.
