HP-2: Update Question?

Has anyone had trouble getting an update for Sentinel. My most current is 09072024.

My Home Patrol Sentinel just updated to 10/20/2024 without issue. Are you getting any error messages from Sentinel when you try to update?

Same here.
HP1 updated to 10/20/2024 but the x36HP/SDS update appears to not have run overnight so no updates for these models this week.

edit: the x36HP and SDS DB updates are available now.

X36HP database updated...
Whatever it was they must have corrected it...

I thought all of the variants of Sentinel were x36HP - is there an SDSx00 version?

No. The other version is the HomePatrol version. The SDS series utilizes the x36HP version

That's what I'd thought - I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything...

You aren't, but for those of us who have both a HomePatrol unit and an x36HP/SDS unit, it's.... noticeable. (I own both an HP-2 and an SDS100. Updated the SDS100 yesterday, but the HP-2 didn't.)

The automated update process for the Home Patrol Sentinel may have run into a glitch last week... it happens occasionally. The next update process will begin late tonight (Sunday) and should be available through Sentinel sometime tomorrow (11/04/2024).

As asked in post #3 above..... Did you see any error messages in Sentinel last time you tried to update?

Did you try the update today (11/04/2024)? The Home Patrol Sentinel is now updating the database to 11/03/2024.

Sometimes a 'special run' is performed depending on workload.
