124.775 is ZNY Harrisburg Super high
128.525 is now Potomac Approach 241°-330°
132.775 is now Potomac Approach ADIZ east

The RCAG site for 132.225 is listed as "Benson, NC (QRL)" in the Washington Center Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

Not anymore. Benson is the BUEC for 132.225. Interestingly, there is no RCAG site listed. I suppose it could be Rocky Mount.

Unfortunately they are kept internal. They are very hard to come across and I think to acquire one you have to submit a FOIA request.

That would be volumes of information per each specialty/area in the building. Many you still wouldn't get due to security clearance requirements.
