You won't find them anyplace online for good reason...What you are hearing, are locations that remote sensors placed along the border that have been tripped.

What Freq are you hearing the automated sensor on ?

As for the Codes, the only Code would be 10 Codes that would be used on the Two-Way Voice channels vs the Sensor channels.

What Tone are you getting for that channel??

Also what Codes [give some real examples, so we know what you are hearing]

All indications I have are this is a BP ONLY channel in Maine, NH and Vermont. Remember they are all under CBP now so Dispatch can be local or from CBP in Orlando FLA

Port 1, 1 hit means that a hidden seismic sensor has detected someone (or something, like wildlife) moving past it. Port 1 indicates the direction from the sensor, (no, I don't know which direction). 1 hit means 1 person (or animal).

Info courtesy of the Southwest Frequency Directory, 10th Edition.
The locations of the sensors are classified. They're used to detect illegal border-crossings along known or suspected smuggling routes.

The 162 is the input Freq, so you are likely close enough to a mobile or a base station

Here are the NAC's I have heard on 163.625 while driving around Maine.

490 West of Fort Kent Area
500 East of Fort Kent to Presque Isle
499 Houlton Area
92 Calais Area
400 I have picked this up in the Lewiston Area and also east of Bangor.

Everything was Digital P25, I have not heard any encryption.
