I just submitted custom table for the Pro-96/2096. The base and step were derived from shadiw357's Tower.txt which only uses Identifier 12.
12,136.00000,0.01250,-0.90000,"Confirmed",0.01250 then multiply it by 4096. 12*4096=49152 for offset. Base and step size are in the Identifier.
