All transmissions repeat on the scanner , anyway to fix this feed provider ?

It would be helpful if you were more specific about which feed you are talking about... But I can only assume you are referring to the ScanBC CREST feed. If so, the feed provider is aware of the issue and has indicated that this is a side effect of CREST patching the old system to the new system.
