I can tell you in Greensville from a good source if more than one trooper is accompanying an arrested person to the county jail they tend to talk on SIRS as to not tie up Chesapeake 2 for the rest of the traffic they also very rarely move to the Chesapeake Tac 2 unless they need uninterrupted data over STARS for doing VCIN/NCIC checks
