Interesting overlap between systems being heard, and not sure what is causing it. I'm listening to NC VIPER Site 041 Archdale tower, which only allows public safety agencies on the system (no busses or other non-public safety traffic). While listening to it I'm hearing wildcard hits from the Cary/Wake TRS Site 2, including the area busses and others.
A check of the database and FCC licenses for both systems do not show any overlapping frequency assignments, the presence of non-public safety traffic eliminates a patch of traffic between systems. So now I'm stumped and wanted to throw it out to the forums for comments. Both sites are listed below for reference. I'm listening on a TRX-1, and do not hear the Viper traffic on the Wake Site 2 system when monitoring it.
