Wake Forrest PD Tac2

anyone know of a wake forrest pd tac2? My son in law is a officer of wake forrest and says he stays on wake forrest pd tac2. I have seen it on his radio. But no talk group shown on the database for a wfpd tac2? thoughts?

Wake forest Tac 2 is on the Cary/Wake P25 System

Ah I see what you mean, I havent listened to their tac channels but has there been any law enforcement traffic on the Multi-tacs?

I haven't been on in a while an have just started to listen again. I have been really struggling with reception in morrisville. I have a radio shack pro-618 and it really is not doing as good as it used before the p25 update of wake county

Im hearing law enforcement traffic on Wake Forest Tac 2. They may have their private tac channel for general use and use the multi-tacs for overflow/other duties?

cool thanks, i listened to wake forrest pd tac 1 and heard him talking. so aparently what the database labeled wfpd tac1 is what the police have labeled wfpdtac2 in their radios. I have had his radio in my hand and seen it with this tag
