Warren county P25

I read in another thread that the P25 Sheriff HQ freq in Warren County did not work out as planned and went back to analog. Can anyone give more insight on what went wrong? and the reasoning behind the change back

They had a P25 repeater back wired to the analog repeater for "testing" purposes. When the novelty wore off they stopped the "testing." The analog repeater was still on the whole time.

They never actually switched to P25, so there was nothing to go back to. The channel is still in the database because no one ever submitted that it was temporary.

I have been monitoring the warren simulcast repeater in Cobham WARR35A and have not picked up anything. The sight does not list a NAC. I have tried using a NAC of an adjacent tower and also tried leaving it blank and still receive nothing. I am using a raspberry pi and OP25
