One additional.

I've noticed that Yamhill County has added another disposition code to their standard "Willie 1" set. It is "M1" or "Mary 1" and it sounds like its being used to clear reports. The first time I heard it, the dispatcher said "That's not one of our codes..." but then she came back and said that she found it.

Search--if done

Forgive me but I'm still confused about the very last letter...

The last letter notes whether a search was conducted. N (Nora) indicates that no search was conducted. Single digit values indicate different searches, and results.

The second to the last character notes whether it was a traffic stop (as noted by an early post) or a miscellaneous ("Mary") non-traffic stop.

So OMAMN would mean Other (not Hispanic, White, or Asian), Male, Adult, Miscellaneous reason for contact, no search conducted.
