I'm heading down to the St. George/Mesquite area this weekend and I was wondering if anyone had a comprehensive list of the frequencies for the area. Someone with local knowledge who has the car to car, tactical and the city channels for I already have the main dispatch channels for the county and for St. George. I also have the fire dispatch channels for North (New Harmony), Central (Hurricane area) and South (St. George area) but would like some fireground and tactical if anyone has those. Last time I religiously monitored the area was before Washington City had their own PD so there maybe some new stuff there as well.
Any info or maybe an Excel fire from the area would be cool. Thanks.

Are you taking a laptop with you? If so, maybe we can hook you up with a radio and trunker. Then you could set it up and let it run while you're down there, and get the info.

Sorry, I'm not that technically proficient. Just a PRO-95, the PRO-2067 that's already in the car and a notepad. They're still VHF down that way and now that the sheriff's convention is over I doubt there will be any traffic on the conventional Nat'l Repeater channels but they're programmed just in case.
Don't really care to monitor Questar, Nextel, Pacificorp or any of that and the only trunked public safety down there is off of Utah Hill for the Nevada Shared Radio System (NHP, NDOT) covering Mesquite to about the Logandale/Overton exit on I-15. I've also picked it up throughout Washington County as well.
We'll see what we can find that's new.

Anyway when i went to St. George I submitted all I had. I wasn't sure on all of them, But the Nevada state repeater system is active down there as well. Howevery i would like some confirmation on whatever you find as well my info might not be correct, so please submit everything you find including pl's if you can :) .
