I'm not saying Wilrobnson is wrong, but I recall logging that Army Site 9 out at Yakima, not Whidbey Island. I guess we need some reports from on location to confirm this…

The site 109 data currently listed is likely an Army site.

In 2008 Wilrobnson logged a site 109 in the Whidbey area with this:
Tower Number (Decimal): 109 (Possibly a secondary Whidbey site?)
Tower Number (Hex) : T0109
