Has anyone had success in scanning Washoe County school bus radio? Any knowledge is appreciated.

I heard 1 single conversation on the DMR system this morning at about 7 AM on site 6 and nothing else for the rest of the day. I wanted to see if anyone has been able to regularly hear traffic on the DMR system.
Washoe County schools are still on the EDACS system. The last NSRS meeting that I attended was in March of 2025 and the school district is one of a handful of agencies in Washoe county that don't have funds to migrate to the P25 NSRS for a year or more.
