Watching Groups

Is there anyway to "watch" a group or forum so that when a new topic is posted or a reply posted to a topic that an email is sent to your inbox saying such? Thanks!!!

Your feed is at the bottom of the page without an answer.

If you make a post to the topic "watching" maybe, you'll get notice in your email.

for the topics, yes.... an email is sent. but what if want to watch a forum, my homestate forum for example.... is there a way to get notification to look.

Exactally what i am looking for - i want to watch a forum, not just a topic. Any way to do this?
