Watertown NY Town Police

Hello,

Is anyone hearing this service ? ENC or Clear ? I read that they are part on the Central NY Interoperable System , can hear many Counties but nothing from Watertown. Located in Kingston. If you are hearing, please let me know freq or if in CNIC.

I think you misread the location. Watertown NY. I suspect anyone in Eastern Ontario / Ottawa and the Upper NY State might hear them.

Watertown PD is TGs 45328 and 45329 on Jefferson County CNYICC. Are you able to hear the CNYICC Site 006 Jefferson Simulcast? They will be on that site.

I appreciate the intel. I can hear Jefferson County well but still can't seem to reach Watertown PD. Could be my location...? Thanks for the update !!!

Are you able to hear the CNYICC Site 006 Jefferson Simulcast?

You didn't answer this question. Are you able to reliably receive the Jefferson County site of the CNYICC system? If not, then you're not going to hear Watertown PD. Being able to receive conventional frequencies from Jefferson County has no bearing on receiving the trunked system.

Hello, I will review when I have a moment . I can hear surrounding areas well ( Oswego , Fulton ..) and Jefferson on the Jefferson Simulcast of CNYIC. Does this all make sense ?

Are you monitoring the Jefferson Simulcast only and do you have TG 45328 and 45329 programmed? You may just be missing them amid all the other traffic on the system.

yes. I will be on the road tomorrow and may bring the radio. / could just be my location. I'm using an AOR discone up a few feet and do hear State Police / Park Police and often the Thruway Auth. Cheers

Sounds like you need to check your programming. If you are receiving everything else as you state from the Jefferson system, you should be hearing WPD.
