Per Greeley tribune.
While the wind continues to whip snow across area roads, the state Department of Transportation has closed several roads across the state, including some in Weld County:
• westbound Interstate 76 has been closed at Keenesburg due to an accident.
• U.S. 85 has been closed from Ault to Wyoming due to blowing snow and icy spots.
Other closed roads:
• Weld County Road 126 between Interstate 25 and U.S. 85.
• Weld 54 (37th Street) from Two Rivers Parkway west to the Larimer County line.
Statewide:
• I25 from Wellington to Wyoming.
• Colo. 71 is closed in both directions between Limon and Brush. Detour: U.S. 36 and Interstate 70 or Colo. 63 and U.S. 34.
• Deer Trail and Bennett rest areas are closed due to power problems.
More updates will be posted as they become available.

Heard that report also. Must be some real bad conditions up that way. Also heard the call just come in for a party that is requesting the officer to stay with unoccupied stranded car, until they are able to retrieve it. Obviously this person doesn't realize the situation up North, to expect them to sit with a vehicle.

Call came in for a trapped party in a car at highway 79 and county road 4, just south of Prospect Valley. Fire is being advised to not go code on calls in the area, due to the extreme hazard of the area.

Watching the CDOT website, and the cameras that they have on the site. And at I-70 and Floyd hill NW, CSP is sitting behind a rollover accident on the camera view. This is one of the live cameras.

Co-14 is closed but ppl still dare to drive down it..unbleiveable. Also numerous T/A's from Ft.Morgan to State line. Logan OEM just stated CDOT will be closing WB and EB I-76 from Julesberg to Sterling due to numerous T/A's and adverse weather conds..
Will try to keep the internet up and keep the Logan feed running as best as possible
Traffic U/D: I-25 SB Wyoming into Colorado has reopened, NB remains closed due to conds in WY and EB I-70 at Idaho Springs has also reopened.
I-76 Sterling to Nebraska and CO-86 Kiowa to Limon now both closed also.

EB I-76 is closed from Ft.Morgan to the State Line, a Red Cross Shelter has been set up at the Ft. Morgan High School.

I-25 Northbound Ft. Collins-Wyoming Border (Milemarker 276-298)Closed to Traffic because of Winter Storm conditions. I-25 closed northbound from Wellington to Wyoming. The city of Cheyenne is at the limits of occupation. There is not room for anymore people. Road closure began April 4th, 2009 at 6:10pm.
