What freq/freqs do your storm spotters use?
To program in freqs on the BCD396XT you just make a new system and a new group,then you add in the new channels (freqs) to the new group.
It's like this:
1.Press program system
2.Then press New system
3.Then press New group.
4.Then press New channels
