Web Import with Win96 S/W HELP!

When I try to do a web import I get an Error 404 Not found please ensure the URL is correct. the URL that is attempting to use is
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml
Any ideas on this??

What version of Win96 are you using? Help ---> About, from the toolbar.
