Hello, for some reason every time now I want to log in, I always have to use the name and password.
Doesn't keep me logged in as in the past. Only had to do this occasionally in the past.
Also, there is no 'Remember Me' box to check on the log-in page. The log in page does
come up correctly with my credentials. Any help much appreciated. Craig

What web browser are you using? Are you on a computer, tablet or phone?

Mine offers a “Stay logged in” box

As you can see, mine does not offer "Stay Logged In". For this issue I'm using
the Edge Browser (on laptop). And before anyone states the obvious,
I didn't put in my log-in name or password for the purpose of this screen snip.
Putting them in doesn't change anything. Still no "Stay Logged In" box.
Also, this issue just started as it's been fine for a long, long time. Browser issue?
Any help appreciated.

When logging into radioreference . com, (main site) there is no stay logged in option.

When logging into forums . radioreference . com, there is a stay logged in. Where are you trying to log in?

You can circle "Stay Logged In" all day & night, but there isn't one on my page.
Got to be a reason. Look at the screen shots in my post! Now I'm headed to BK!

Both the main page and the forums keep me logged in unless I clear my browser cache or use incognito mode. Not sure why yours isn't keeping you logged in. Do you by chance use a third party app or extension that periodically clears your browser cache?

BK will wait a minute. I have not cleared the cache or made any adjustments. Be clear this
issue just started. have always stayed logged in before. Only on a rare occasion did it ask
for re-confirmation of name & password. Again, if there were a "Stay Logged In' box I'm
sure there wouldn't be this issue. The missing box, where to find..... Now to BK!

I have bookmarks for main site, forums and database for quick hassle free encounters.

edit once in a while that pops on my phone. I simply swipe down to refresh and get right in. Chrome on iPhone.

I primarily use Safari on my computer (Mac OS 25) and phone (iPhone) but also use Edge (Windows 11) periodically when I'm updating my favorites and honestly cannot recall the last time I've been prompted to log back into my account on any of those browsers. For those who are having trouble staying signed in, is there a setting on your browser or an extension that got installed that auto-logs you out of websites? Or is Radio Reference the only website that doesn't keep you logged in? I'm curious to know if sites like Amazon auto-logs out as well on their browsers.

I primarily use Firefox & (albeit lesser so) Chrome on Linux, Windows & Android platforms. Have seldom ever encountered the prompt to log back in (used an incognito session to generate the screenshot). I certainly wouldn't consider it a "pain in the butt to get back in" but maybe that's just me...

I understand and empathize but I don’t think luck has anything to do with it. Since it doesn’t seem to be affecting the majority of RR users, not sure there is anything “they can fix”. Wish I could tell you why you are having issues though.
