Weld County Paramedics Kodak Station one ambulance in-service and one is a backup.

9952 Eastman Park Drive
Windsor, Colorado 80550

And I think the engine is the old Kodak one and is OOS but can't confirm.

This has peaked my interest because there is no 'Weld County Fire Department'. Curious to see what it turns out to be. When did the Kodak Fire Department shut down?

Also - is this Paramedic 5 that resides there?

Para-5 used to just be a day car but that might have changed

Para-1 Greeley
Para-2 Evans
Para-3 Ft Lupton
Para-4 Windsor

Who is it on 153.785 csq that I hear? I have it as WNFK432 Weld County FD South Dispatch and hear calls dispatched there.

RR's database has this for Weld County FD also:
154.14500 KWE426 BM WELD FD NRTH Weld County Fire - North Dispatch (Fire-B) FM Fire Dispatch
Weld County, Colorado (CO) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Fire A 153.785 was Weld County FD's South Dispatch and 154.145 "Fire B" is the long standing Weld County FD's North dispatch while most of these departments have moved completely to DTRS there is still some local FG activity and simucasting activity happening. Because VHF pagers are lots cheaper than DTRS radios for the volunteers.

But there is no Weld County FD per-se that I'm aware of these channels south and north are made up of the individual departments mostly volunteer which cover those areas.

Realize the DB also appears to still contain lots of VHF and UHF frequencies for many metro area counties which used to be licensed and used but many of those are no longer active.

Getting "off topic"? My apologies. The thread is called "Weld CNT fire station question" and I replied to a post within this thread where the question was about "Weld County Fire Department" and asked who I was hearing (meaning heard in the last few days, still active) on a frq labeled right here at RR's Database as "Weld County FD." I'll start a new thread next time, thanks for the heads up Jim.

Jim you are correct on all Windsor/Severance FD its the center engine in the pic you posted (the down town station has a new engine now) as for the Kodak fire department they closed down almost two years ago according to the safety guy on site whom used to be in the department the sold all the equipment off... Para-4 Windsor stationed here and an extra rig
