Has Wells gone the way of encryption like Bidderford ?

They use voice inversion on occasion, but I don't believe its full time. Biddeford can switch it off at times.

I'm a summer resident of Wells. Unless something has changed recently they don't seem to use the voice inversion that often probably only 1-2% of transmissions in a typical day.
