Was this an actual crash, or did some citizen misunderstand what they were seeing?
I was on a hot air balloon crew for a dozen years or so, and I've heard the Phoenix (AZ) RDC dispatch units for a "crash" that wasn't a crash, because the public doesn't know the difference between a crash, a hard landing, or even a normal landing followed by the pilot pulling out the top in order to stay on the ground causing the balloon envelope to collapse normally.

I heard I come over MSP ..Ive been looking for reports in media,But googling has gotten me nowhere.
Was hoping someone local would see the post & tune in local..
Still looking in the news to figure out what If anything happened.
