Importing info from RRDB doesn't activate service types if they're turned off on the scanner. Please confirm Fire Dispatch & Fire Tac service types are turned on.

Yup straight from RRDB
Try changing the slot and color code to all/search rather than setting a particular one, the info in the database may be wrong. Also, if this is Augusta Maine in Kennebec County the database shows they are on P25, perhaps you can share the listing where you see it is DMR. Final thought, you do have the DMR upgrade installed in the scanner, correct?

I'd suggest attaching your Sentinel export so someone can take a look at your programming:
In Sentinel. click on the drop-down File menu & select "Export to hpe file (Favorites list).

Select any and all Favorites lists then proceed with the export.
Save the file created to a location on your PC that you can get to.
Open Windows Explorer (called File Explorer on Windows 10/11)
Find your exported file, then right-click on it.
Choose Compress to ZIP file. (On earlier versions, you may see, instead, an option for "Send To". When you select that, you'll see an option to send the file to a compressed (zipped) folder.)
Once you have exported & zipped the file, then you can attached the zipped file to a post.

ScanMaine, I just tried it here in Gray. Works fine for me. Here's a screenshot of my BuTel ARC-XT showing received on my 996P2. Is it possible you are just too far away from Westbrook to receive? Are you using an outside antenna?Westbrook FD Test.jpg

I am seeing P25 mode on all of those freqs look at the column that says NAC , that would tell me the flavour is P25 not DMR
if I had to guess the scanner is looking for a p25 siggie at time of transmission rendering the scanner deaf

If your referring to my screenshot I posted to show the original poster that I was indeed receiving the frequency, you are wrong. In ARC-XT software, for some reason it shows the color code (CC) in the NAC column on the virtual scanner screen. The frequency is indeed DMR with CC 4. I cannot say what the original posted has programmed in his scanner or whether he has purchased the DMR upgrade in order to receive those freqs.
