What am I hearing on.....

Today, I was just searching around and am getting digital police activity on 453.60000. I could have sworn that I heard "Lakewood" but havnt heard it come over again. Its definitly police activity. I'm all the way by Mcguire in a basement and am getting this loud and clear with just the basic rubber antenna on the Pro-96. I tried searching the database but cant find a system that includes it in Ocean, Burlington or Monmouth. Did I miss it?

The Ocean County database lists 453.600 as Lakewood Twp PD F-2 (KAR824).
