more than likely something didn’t install correctly. Reinstall the program - if that doesn’t work, im sure @ProScan will come by and help out

If you don’t want the Favorites Editor to loan upon start up then go to the Startup options then uncheck the Database/Favorites option. If you want the Favorites to load then go to File - New then type in a name or go to the File - Open and and select a valid Favorites.

Ok, I unchecked Database/Favorites option. I believe doing that cleared that issue. But when I go the Comm Port to communicate with the 200...the software sees the scanner and displays info but only for a few seconds, then goes blank....no communication. Any ideas?
