With all due respect. Better software options are available. Take it at a Loss and go with the better options available. That being said what scanner/scanners are you wanting to program?

The Spectrum Commander IX are $260 and doesn't have any kind of intelligence like "if freq x received then enable scanbank y" or any kind of similar functionality expected for that cost of the software. The Probe software from datafileinc have a huge amount of features for $40 but only supports a couple of different scanners like Pro2004/5/6, Optocom and Icom pcr1000.

There are also the $56 RadioControl software for the AOR3000A

Only $159 here in the U.S. You can mix and match scan lists and search groups in one pass. Spectrum analysis, recording, logging. Spectrum Commander IX is worth it if you own any of the radios the software supports. I still use Probe1k occasionally with my PCR1000.
