What Is 3.330 Please ? WWV ?

Was wondering if someone might ID this for me.

Sounds just like WWV with theme ticks/beeps and the time in English, but is coming in on 3.330 am

Is this another WWV station ?

EiBi is useful. On my tablet, once I load it up, it stays up on the browser, as long as I don't close the browser -- even when switching off the tablet. This helps because I use my tablet when SWLing, and I keep the Wifi turned off to save on the tablet's battery.

It's on 7850 now. I don't remember when they moved. I think it was more than 10 years ago.

QSY'ed beginning of 2009... was nice to have had them right off the top end of the 40 meter ham band for RX alignment purposes.
