Portage Area Transit authority what system are they are because they arent on marcs or domer dmr so what system do they use now?

Found this license for Portage Area RTA: WQLP478. It is 4.9 GHz broadband used for public safety.

That also mentions Wifi hotspots and video surveillance. I know GCRTA has video and audio surveillance on most of if not all of their vehicles.

Unfortunately, I don't see any other licenses for PARTA.
